Shipping

  • Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase. Custom or commissioned works take longer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping Methods & Rates
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping
    We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@erincolsonart.com.

  • Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final
    Due to the unique and original nature of each artwork, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items
    If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@erincolsonart.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

    We will work with you to either repair, replace, or refund your purchase, depending on the situation.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
